Cover Your Tracks is part privacy crystal ball, part lab rat experiment. On the surface, it shows you how exposed your browser leaves you to the online creeps. Underneath, it’s EFF’s way of poking trackers with a stick to see what breaks.
Run a test and you’ll learn which shields your browser actually has. I ran my most commonly used browsers and they were all the same; everything is exposed. Except for Brave.
Arc Browser (above) looked exactly the same as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I think I was expecting better from Arc...
Brave is my go to browser. You might want to consider it too. And, this is not an ad for Brave. I just really like it.
