Exploring the design, construction and aesthetics of playgrounds in the former Soviet Union from the 1920s to the 1980s. It examines the ways in which playgrounds were used as a tool for socialization, as well as a means of promoting physical fitness, and healthy habits. Personally, I think they look quite haunting.
